What we collect
- Information you give us through forms or checkout: your name, email, business name, website, and anything else you type in.
- Payment information is processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store it.
- Cookies, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Google Analytics, which help us measure our advertising, show follow-up ads to people who visited this site, and understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To deliver what you purchased or asked about, to email you about your order or inquiry, and occasionally to send marketing email — every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link. We never sell your information to anyone.
Who processes it
Only the service providers needed to run this site and deliver our services — payment processing, email, hosting, and advertising measurement.
Your choices
You can block cookies in your browser and limit Meta's ad tracking in your Facebook settings (Accounts Center → Ad preferences). To be removed from our marketing lists, one email does it.
Terms of Service
Our services
What you're buying, what it costs, and when it's delivered are described on the page where you purchase. Our research reports are professional analysis of information available at the time of research; they are not a guarantee of business results.
Where our marketing refers to the ads a competitor is running (including phrases like “every ad”), that means the ads visible for that business on Meta and Google at the time we do the research. Ads on other platforms, and anything Meta and Google don’t make visible, are outside the scope of a report.
Price comparisons in our marketing (such as “$500+”) reference The Yummy Potato’s own rates for the same research scoped as a custom agency project. They are not statements about other companies’ prices.
Subscriptions
Subscription services are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, on your billing date, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — from the link in any billing email from Stripe, or by contacting us — and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. Optional add-ons you select at checkout are billed on the same monthly cycle and can be canceled the same way. If your subscription includes a free trial, billing begins automatically when the trial period ends unless you cancel before then.
Trademarks
Business names and trademarks mentioned in our work belong to their owners and appear for identification and analysis only. The Yummy Potato, LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google, the Better Business Bureau, or any business covered in a report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
